Returns Policy
At Stacked Essentials, we are committed to delivering high-quality research peptides with care and accuracy.
Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory research products, all sales are considered final once shipped.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, quality control, and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been delivered.
This includes (but is not limited to):
• Opened or unopened vials
• Used or unused products
• Products ordered incorrectly by the customer
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
We will promptly review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Lost Packages
If a shipment is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with the carrier investigation.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once fulfillment has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
Final Sale Notice
All products sold by Stacked Essentials are intended for laboratory research use only and are therefore final sale.
